Farm To Coast Mobile Kitchen was founded in 2017 by Chef Brian Grossman. After graduating at the top of his class from the Atlantic Culinary Academy in 2007 (Le Cordon Bleu), Brian spent ten years crisscrossing the country, working as a professional chef in a variety of settings. From time spent as a banquet and catering chef in Scottsdale, Arizona, to busy summers in Martha’s Vineyard and winters at ski resorts in Colorado and New Hampshire, he accrued a valuable diversity of experience before finally landing in southern Maine, where he has most recently lent his talents to 50 Local, Bandaloop, and Custom Deluxe.
This wide range of kitchen experience provided the foundation for Chef Brian’s culinary philosophy: treating each ingredient with integrity and simplicity, sourcing locally as well as responsibly, and incorporating diverse elements from the world-around spectrum of cookery. The Mobile Kitchen is the culmination of the journey of his taste buds.
Having catered events large and small, from weddings and Super Bowls to cozy, intimate wine dinners, Chef Brian brings his professionalism and dedication to craft wherever he goes and is able to truly customize a menu for any occasion. With his extensive knowledge, creativity, and flexibility he will work with you to build the perfect menu for your event. The Mobile Kitchen allows him to arrive in style at nearly any location, ready to go.
